Jade Signature February 2018 Update - Closings are underway at Jade Signature, a 57-story, 192-unit beachfront luxury condominium property at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The building is reported at 96% sold, according to the developer. Currently remaining developer residences start at approximately $4.8m and 3,312 square feet under air with larg outdoor terraces. High floor penthouse residences currently range from $14.2m to $33m.
Jade Signature preconstruction reservations and sales began the first week of April 2013 with groundbreaking in August 2013. Jade Signature topped-off in mid November of 2016 with completion in late 2017 and opening in January / February 2018.

Following in the successful development steps of previous Jade condominium projects in Miami and Miami Beach, Jade Signature is being designed by the world renowned architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron. The firm has won critical acclaim for various world-wide projects, including the Bird's Nest stadium built for the Olympics in China. Locally, they designed the critically-acclaimed 1111 Lincoln Road mixed-use project on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and also designed the recenlty opened Perez Art Museum on Biscayne Bay in Miami. The Jade Signature Condominium has been designed in the shape of an eye appealing parallelogram. Much of the architectural articulation appears to happen near the bottom and top of the tower, with large balconies and terraces designed for extra outdoor living space for each of the 192 luxury residences.
