Coming soon on the ocean in Sunny Isles, Miami Beach - The newest oceanfront luxury condominium development in Sunny Isles Beach - The Bentley Residences Tower Condominium.
Dezer Development will build a Bentley Motors-branded luxury condominium on a large oceanfront site at 18401 Collins Avenue (previously home to the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort) in Sunny Isles Beach. Preconstruction sales are expected to launch as early as October of 2021. This luxury condominium will mark the first Bentley Motors residential tower in the world.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 and is projected to be completed in 2026. Dezer Development secured height approval in 2019 for what will soon be the tallest luxury condominium tower in Sunny Isles Beach.
The Bentley Residences Condominium is expected to offer more than 200 luxury condos. The 749-foot cylindrical tower, with more than 60 stories, is planned for the 3.6-acre property at 18401 Collins Avenue. It will be designed by Sieger Suarez Architects.
The planned 5-star amenities and services will include, but are not limited to; a state-of-the-art gym with full-service spa, pool, private theater, bar, restaurant and lounge, private cabanas, lushly landscaped gardens, and much more...
Each Bentley residence will include an in-unit, multi-car garage that are accessed by the patented Dezervator car elevator - the same one-of-a-kind robotic car elevator system in use at the Porsche Design Tower. Residents never leave their car until they are safely parked in their own luxury condominium via the robotic car parking system.
