Vu New River in Fort Lauderdale's downtown area is a collection of rental residences found within an 18 story building overlooking Riverwalk Park on the south side of the New River. The building has 209 residential units and the amenities include a pool, fitness center, outdoor movie theater and a coffee bar with an art wall and social media hubs, plus valet parking. Details on residential features have yet to be released but expect great riverfront and city views.
