Escondido

Just south of Glades Road is Escondido in Boca Raton, a collection of single family residences found within a gated community that still retains the full size lots that were once so common back in the 1980s. The name of the community is the Spanish word for 'hidden' and the Escondido homes for sale are indeed “hidden” away among majestic trees and lush vegetation that adds just the right touch to the serene ambiance. When exploring Escondido real estate you'll be able to choose from one and two story residences, some of which boast high end features like spiral staircases.

Boca Lyons Plaza is near Escondido and the Somerset Shoppes is to the north. A number of golf courses can be found to the northeast or you could always use I-95 and the Florida Turnpike to venture beyond Boca Raton and explore the rest of South Florida. Taking Glades Road towards the east from Escondido will eventually bring you to Federal Highway which you can then use to visit the beaches.
