Majestic Tower in Bal Harbour Penthouse Featured on Bravo's "The Housewives of New York" SOLD

The 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath oceanfront penthouse home in the Majestic Tower in Bal Harbour had been listed for $4.950,000 and was reportedly sold for $4,900,000.

 
The penthouse had been owned by George Teichner, the father of  "The Real Housewives of New York" reality TV personality, Aviva Drescher. The penthouse home had been featured in a number of episodes of the popular Bravo TV show when Aviva travelled to South Florida.

 
According to records, Mr. Teichner purchased the penthouse in 1999 for $927,000. The purchaser is reported to be a buyer from Argentina.
