Germany Based Porsche Design Group and local luxury developer Gil Dezer joined forces on the Porsche Design Tower in beautiful Sunny Isles. This $560 million dollar building will set a new standard for luxury condominiums in South Florida. The 57 floor tower will be erected on 2.2 acres of land at 18555 Collins and will house 132 units. The individual units will be between 3,800 to 9,500 square feet and range in price from just over $3 million and up to $10 million.

 

These palacial sky homes will feature up to a two car garage, which is on the same floor as your home. Additional indoor parking for a total of up to 4 spaces per unit are offered for the larger residences. Boasting incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and The Greater Miami Beach and Miami Skyline. There will be no other building of this kind on the ocean, anywhere else in the world!

 

One of the most revolutionary elements of this building, from an architectural standpoint, is the individual elevators whose robotic arm whisk you and your car up into one of the four large glass enclosed elevators. You will enjoy ocean views as you ascend in the glass enclosed elevator. Depending on your floor, the ride will take 45 to 90 second to arrive at your personal garage. You will be able to see your vehicle from your residence, celebrating the beauty of your vehicle. There are no other buildings in the world with this feature and the developers postulate that there will be many new buildings with this feature in the future. When asked about this project, developer Gil Dezer remarked, "We want to keep this really exclusive and not have this become a McDonald's kind of style. The tower is going to change the skyline of Miami Beach. This is something Floridians should be proud to have in their state."
