Porsche Design Tower Miami – My Personal Tour into the Future of Luxury!

My exclusive peak at the Porsche Design Tower Miami sales center - I was recently privileged to be given a pre-opening exclusive tour of the still-under-construction sales center at the highly anticipated Porsche Design Tower Miami condominium property. Construction of the actual condominium tower will soon begin on a select oceanfront lot in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, South Florida.


As my tour was provided by the developer himself – Gil Dezer, it was so inspirational to listen to Gil describe with such passion, the incredible vision that inspires him and the Porsche Design Group of Germany in the design, construction and amenities that make up this luxury project. The design concepts and a demonstration of just a few of the architectural and design features of the building and the residences, were nothing less than spectacular. Many of the features I viewed are sure to place this property at the top of the list of the world’s most unique, unparalleled and luxurious condominium properties for many years to come.

In my career in South Florida luxury condominium sales, I’ve been fortunate to have the privilege to preview almost every luxury condo sales center for a new luxury oceanfront projects from Palm Beach to South Beach in the last 10+ years. The Porsche Design Tower condominium sales center and the vision and design for this new property is in a class all it’s own.

My Tour & Presentation Begins...

The presentation was cutting edge and so innovative, unlike no other, it completely took me and my clients by surprise. The experience begins when pulling up to the sales center gated entryway, where we were greeted by the front desk staff, with her smiling face on a security computer screen, she greeted and welcomed us, and when I announced who I was, the gate then opened.

Our mesmerizing experience begins - When we entered the sales center, we felt as though we were in another world, it is so beautifully finished with a very futuristic theme and the unmistakable design influences that make Porsche a world leader in design. As we were taken through the sales center, the presentation is enhanced with the use of an iPad that contains all of the project floorplans, images and renderings that were displayed onto a huge screen on the wall as needed to enhance the presentation. It was amazing! The floors plans are exceptional, offering spectacular views of the ocean, with each of the 15 ft. deep oceanfront terraces featuring a swimming pool and summer kitchen. Of course, don't forget the glass enclosed robotic elevator system that delivers you and your car into your personal two-car air conditioned garage located next to your residence!

I was astonished and impressed once again, with the profound abilities that Gil Dezer and the Porsche Design Group of Germany have used to bring this project with it's vision of the future into a new living experience that a lucky few can experience in just a few years. The Porsche Design Tower Miami will be talked about for many years to come. I can’t wait to see the finished models!

More about the Porsche Design Tower Miami...

The buzz about this upcoming project, mostly due to it’s unique robotic car parking system has circled the globe with articles and posts from luxury real estate publications, Porsche automobile writers and enthusiasts, high-end sports car enthusiasts and many others in the automotive and architectural industry. I now believe that those that have written about this project when it was first announced will not believe just how incredible this project will truly be. The robotic car parking system is absolutely incredible, however it appears that the Porsche Design Tower is building on this unique feature by going all out to astound their residents well after they leave their car and enter into their luxury residence.

As we are nearing the end of July, construction at the Bellini Williams Island condominium is progressing at a very nice pace. They have just completed the pouring of the 13th floor and are now moving on to the 14th floor.

The Bellini Williams Island is now completing about one floor per week and this luxury Williams Island luxury condominium property is on schedule for a spring 2013 completion date!

South Florida Luxury Oceanfront Real Estate Continues to Grow while Values Increase!



An undisclosed buyer has closed (July 25, 2012) on a $24.6 million purchase of five adjoining units at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences. It is the single-largest transaction at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and Condominium, which officially opened its doors in January of this year.



Considered as one unit, the deal is the second-largest condominium sale in Miami-Dade County, following the $25 million purchase of a unit by an Italian buyer at South Beach’s Continuum South Tower in May.



The St. Regis Resort and Residences Bal Harbour sales have been reported to be in excess of $624 million in sales through mid-June of 2012, with many of those sales occuring during the construction of this luxury property and during the recent downturn in the U.S. real estate market.



The units puchased in this recent deal, collectively total 16,430 square feet under air and 21,176 square feet overall. According to those close to this purchase, the 5 separate units may be combined into one large residence in the very near future.



Prior to the Continuum South Beach$25m purchase and now this $24.6m purchase, the previous Miami-Dade condominium purchase record had been set by the $21.5 million sale of a top floor penthouse at the oceanfront Setai South Beach condominium in 2011.
