WCI TOP PRODUCER LINDA ‘G’ JOINS FLORIDA PRUDENTIAL REALTY IN AVENTURA
AVENTURA [Miami], Fla. – Linda “G” has joined Florida Prudential Realty in Aventura after five years as a community representative at WCI’s BellaMarè at Williams Island and WCI’s One Bal Harbour in Bal Harbour. She was WCI’s overall top producer based on volume for four consecutive years, with an average dollar volume in sales of over $78 million per year.
In addition, while at One Bal Harbour, the luxury, 5-star condominium-hotel that is currently under construction on the ocean (Haulover Inlet and Intracoastal), she was the top-producing agent, with tower and condo-hotel residence sales totaling approximately $250 million. This included the sale of an $11 million penthouse.
Commenting on Gustafson’s transfer from WCI’s Tower Division to Florida Prudential Realty, WCI Tower Division Vice President Steve Sorensen said, “Linda G is a consummate professional.
